I am an agricultural operations and leadership specialist, with experience in harvest, labor attraction and retention, and human capital development. Fresh produce has been an ideal fit for me, given the non-stop fast paced nature of the sector. I enjoy working collaboratively to create environments conducive to success, whether it be with the labor force, with my peers, or with other functions within the organization. I get great satisfaction from enabling and empowering those around me to reach their highest potential, leading my team to perform at the highest levels. I encourage creative thinking and experimentation, and believe that effective leaders succeed because of their ability to lift up those around them. I am a lifelong learner, and recently obtained a Masters in Business & Leadership from the USC Marshall School of Business.Most importantly, I consistently lead high-performing, results-oriented teams anchored in a culture of motivation, collaboration, inclusivity, and trust.
