Support midstream and E&P assets. Primary role includes leadership of the Cash Flow Optimization – Operational Performance (CO‐OP) team with responsibilities to support allAnadarko assets in optimizing their operations with focus on increasing income, reducing costs, as well as, eliminating potential for safety and/or regulatory incidents or violations. Provide training on SAP FM for the midstream group, as well as cryogenics, amine, glycol, refrigeration,and safety.Traveling support for all Anadarko assets specific to trouble‐shooting field problems.

U.S. Mid-Continent

Manage all onshore mid‐continent operations for PSN with clients including Occidental, BP, Noble Energy, Kinder‐Morgan, and EnCana. Operations include, but are not limited to, field production operations, gas plant operations, field construction, administrative staff, janitors, cooks, warehousemen, engineering support, drilling support, line locaters, and valve crews. seven direct reports supervising 220+ employees, covering Wyoming, North Dakota, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana.

U.S Mid-Continent

Lead transitions from Avantis EAM to SAP FM. Job responsibilities include System Administratorfor Avantis, EQP, and Popware.Supervise Technician Coordinator(s) in daily support of Avantis system.SAP FM super‐user. Provide support for existing users and train new users.Continue to find new ways to utilize Enterprise Asset Management programs to insure company compliance, grow the entity database for future failure and root cause analysis, and retain maturing work force knowledge by helping develop testing protocol and procedures for new employees.

Project goal was to initiate and support organizational change to one touch record management by working in a team environment to scope project, develop business policies, develop business process flows, and convert old asset management database (DataStream MP2) to new Invensys Avantis program by working with outside company to develop mobile batch solution and Employee Train Tracking module.Create training materials and reference documents for Avantis, Popware, and EQP products and provided companywide phased implementation and training of all programs listed above. Assist in insuring state and federal compliance guidelines working with TCEQ and EPA by supporting air emissions compliance and all associated reporting.Core team member in the design, development, implementation, and training for new company wideentity management program Avantis.Core team member in development of new advance control system for Plant Process upgrade. Workedwith Barry Payne and Associates to develop a scope of work. Will be involved with installation once project begins in August 2003.Day to day operation of Cryogenic gas plant operations and associated midstream assets.
