My degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies with a Concentration in Tourism Management has led me to share and teach my passion for outdoor sports such as snowboarding, surfing, biking, hiking, and most recently freediving and spearfishing. I thrive on meeting and engaging new people, learning what they are about and what their interests are. My focus is working with guests as much as I can, and ensuring that they have a positive customer experience. Working within the service and outdoor recreation industries has taught me that I truly enjoy being in front of the customer. Whether it is selling them a product or service, my goal is to always ensure they leave with a great experience and build a relationship so that they become a repeat customer.I find that my ability to connect with people is unique as I possess a manner that tends to put people at ease. This has led to being able to develop deep relationships with customers, and earn their trust in what I am presenting to them.
