I was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in February 2012. I currently practice as an Associate Legal Council at VicTrack. Formerly, I was an associate lawyer at Moray and Agnew Lawyers specialising in builders warranty claims and recoveries, construction law and insurance, and internal and external fraud claims and recoveriesI am an ardent volunteer, having performed pro-bono for North Melbourne Community Legal Centre, and Inner Melbourne Legal Community Centre.My areas of practice include:• Advising builders warranty insurers such as Wesfarmers General Insurance, QBE, Allianz and Vero Insurance in relation to policy interpretation, risk management, and litigation strategy• Advising investment managers policy insurers in internal and external crime cover and recovery actions, including tracing, identifying and profiling targets, obtaining freezing orders and negotiating settlements • Advising and acting in large litigated builders warranty strata plan claims across all jurisdictions • Handling recovery matters and litigation for all builders warranty insurers, such as Wesfarmers General Insurance, Allianz, Vero and QBE in different Australian jurisdiction• Drafting construction contracts in relation to rectification works• Efficient and effective handling of pre-litigated and litigated matters, to achieve client focussed results• Advising and acting in a multitude of litigated builders warranty claims under various policies of insurance existing in different Australian jurisdictions at various points in time
