Current• Development of new customer relationships and sales revenue to drive consistent growth.• Problem-solving while providing component obsolescence consultation to customers.• Manage incoming leads and convert them into revenue-producing customers.• Responsible for setting up appointments and calls per week to review customers’ obsolescence challenges and explain Flip Electronics’ Value propositions.• Ability to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics, including but not limited to revenue,margin, and customer acquisition.• Consistent use of customer contact tools, including outbound calls, email, NetSuite/Oracle,HubSpot, Zoom Info, etc., for proactive engagement of current and prospective customers.
