* Maintained a caseload of trial and plea cases practicing in trial courts across Michigan, the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court, the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.* Briefed and argued People v Lockridge where the Michigan Supreme Court rendered the Michigan Sentencing Guidelines advisory because they violate the Sixth Amendment right to a jury trial. * Won an exoneration in People v Jose where client was serving a 25 year minimum sentence. * Co-authored merits brief regarding application of Miller v. Alabama in the Michigan Supreme Court and amicus curiae brief on the same issues in the Michigan Court of Appeals.* Coordinated SADO's representation of clients with life without parole sentences for offenses committed as juveniles which are now unconstitutional under Miller v. Alabama.* Won a total of 31 years, 6 months of time in vacated convictions and sentence reductions saving this time for clients and more than $1.1 million in corrections costs for tax payers.
