Handle all events taking place outside of the brewery. Responsibilities include searching and booking events, being point contact for event organizers, creating invoices, activation and draft set up, execution, break down, maintain cleanliness of all equipment and track details of participated in events. Work with most brewery departments to ensure everything is done properly and legally along with educating event organizers and volunteers on our beer and how to dispense it properly.

Officiate sporting contests on behalf of the CSL including kickball, softball, flag football, floor hockey and basketball. Responsible for set up and clean up of facilities. Stay up to date with the latest rules and regulations for each sport. Create a fun atmosphere for all participants and viewers while calling a fair and consistent game.

Control beverage operations aspects for events put on by CEM. Such events include Bunbury Music Festival, Buckle Up Music Festival, Taste of OTR and Mayes Fest. Handle product orders, delivery set-ups and pick-ups, inventory, product tracking, sales tracking and distribution of product. Work with a number of beer / wine & spirits distributors, soft drink and energy drink representatives, bartenders, volunteers and staff before, during and after all events. Help set up, run and break down all beverage stations.

Greet guests as they arrive and educate them on the beverages offered. Ensure that all patrons are of legal drinking age. Take beverage orders and pour / mix drinks for patrons. Collect payment and keep order of open tabs. Ensure merchandise, bottled beer / liquor and other products are readily stocked. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tap room, restrooms and private party room. Change kegs as needed on our draft system.

Worked in the parking garage at Fountain Square. Job responsibilities included pre-sell tickets prior to special events taking place in the area, assisted customers with questions and problems, handle cash transactions, completed daily cleaning assignments and assist management with other needs. Recently transferred into Valet work at The Hilton. Duties include assisting customers with questions, parking and retrieving vehicles and conducting monetary transactions.

Run daily events being held at the Square / Park such as music concert series, kickball leagues, ice-skating rink and beer / wine festivals. Responsible for set up, execution, and tear down of all events in the summer and the ice rink in the winter. Meet and greet performers, security, vendors and staff members. Attend various events in the Cincinnati area to promote clients of Game Day such as Cincinnati Bell, the Cincinnati Reds, Live United and the Enquirer. Set up booths, attain e-mails, free giveaways and promote products. Extensive social media work including app requests, Facebook and Twitter likes, follows, posts and trivial contests, Submit detailed critiques following event.

Assist head coaches in training sessions, daily practices, weight room regiment, conditioning, and game day preparation. Work on helping to establish successful soccer programs while bettering the knowledge and skill level of the student athletes. Contribute extensive time with goaltenders to develop and better understand the position. Take notes on a daily basis to improve our program through the course of the season. Keep statistics game by game for future references.
