 Set up and operate ground support and test equipment to perform functional flight tests of electrical and electronic systems Test and troubleshoot instruments, components, and assemblies, using circuit testers, oscilloscopes, or voltmeters  Interpret flight test data to diagnose malfunctions and systemic performance problems.
