Responsible for planning, implementing and managing the activities of the High Volume Installation work force for a designated district. Key liaison between District installation work force and Corporate Installation.Plan, implement and manage the activities of the installation work force and ensure familiarity and training of product skills.Formulate a sound business plan to provide cost efficient service for targeted sales growth in accordance with established plan and market share targets. Work with Group Operations Manager to meet profitability goals.Conduct meetings on a monthly basis. Communicate current installation policies and procedures, techniques, demonstration of equipment, new products and services, sales promotions and area advertising.Assist sales force by developing low installation costs and suggesting proper and varied applications of systems.Serve as the primary contact for the district installation work force to provide input and feedback related to Corporate Installation. Ensure consistency of field installation activities.Establish and maintain a high level of quality and timely installation to customers for maximum retention.Develop and maintain an effective installation work force through recruiting, hiring, training, motivating and coaching techniques.Track and record daily/monthly/quarterly installation/service activity to include individual installers efforts and results.

Ensure the implementation and execution of safety training, technical processes, programs, technical training and technical systems. Manage and direct branch technical compliances and productivity standards. Monitor performance through tracking systems to improve overall performance of the company’s operations (productivity, quality, site damage, backlog, etc.).

Ensure that each branch within the region successfully achieves the individual branch and company objectives. Take ownership of branch technical results by monitoring and measuring the delivery of products, processes and ongoing management field support to Operations Managers, Technicians and customers.Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, supervision, development and discipline of all branch technicians. Serve as the branch Safety manager by establishing standards in accordance with company policies and directives. Maintain adequate stock levels of tools, equipment, forms and other related materials. Manage branch fleet vehicle program and investigate all on the job accidents
