Brett’s diverse instructor experience spans multiple aircraft including Vans RV’s. He is one of the busiest instructors at his FAR Part 61 flight school frequently flying over 80 hours every month. Brett teaches ground school to multiple students and is also skilled at providing individual lesson plans based on student’s learning needs. He has over 1,300 hours flying in EFIS equipped aircraft and frequently flies with both new owners and pilots who have spent years outside of the cockpit in the Vans RV series of aircraft. Brett’s strong foundation in personalized service will drive customer retention. The foundation for Brett’s stand-out customer service began at International Business Machines (IBM). He worked full time providing diagnostic and repair services for computer hardware and networking servers for clients while simultaneously achieving his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of South Florida. While at IBM, Brett was instrumental in increasing productivity and decreasing inefficiencies for service representative callouts by completing training and volunteering to learn new systems.
