• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning software to manage work orders, and facilitate workflows by issuing inventory material to released jobs to build the desired amount of product, while monitoring variances.
• Lead a team of six in the planning and production of over 40 assay kits from reagent formulation of chemical components to final kitting.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to report and execute deviations, and CAPAs providing technical review ensuring that work is performed to meet specifications.
• Perform chemical experiments to establish quality specifications; collaborating with Quality Control to analyze the final data to determine stability and performance of products.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Assay Development groups to maintain over 1000 documents, promoting clarity and ease of use.
• Continually strive to implement process improvements to reduce lead times, and improve workflow across all areas of operations.

• Imaged 1-2 plates of assays per day on Simoa imager to support a 15 person product development team
• Responsible for building and polishing fiber optic strips to optimize imaging throughput
• Diagnosed errors with imagers and other equipment based on data analysis results to improve percent yield
• Train new employees in SOPs and proper techniques, and supervise to ensure best practices are followed

-Perform synthetic reactions on a daily basis to create novel chemical structures to be used for future reactions-Present bi-weekly progress reports to principle investigator of reaction results and analysis to ensure continued success and determine future direction for the project-Interpret up to four NMR outputs per week determining the reaction success.
