A motivated and career oriented Officer with Serco and Tenix Solutions- leading providers of Compliance Management Programs to state and local governments - where I am responsible for a variety of key functions. Throughout my career I have worked in various roles; including, customer service officer, customer service supervisor, internal branch auditing, quality assurance officer and quality control officer.I am confident in all aspects of customer service and enjoy building a relationship with all types of customers. I have extensive experience working in both small and large teams, where I have enjoyed leading by example and nurturing customer and colleague rapports with the aim of achieving improved efficiencies.I spent six years at ANZ Bank where I was employed as a Quality Control Officer responsible for the reporting and analysis of a vast range of areas including; Quality Control within the Customer Resolutions Centre, Mortgage Processing Resolution Team, Rapid Response and Offshore Processing. These roles afforded me the opportunity to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment. It also allowed me to utilise my excellent written and verbal communication skills in both customer interaction, and presenting and reporting to different levels of management.I have a genuine passion for what I do and look forward to many more successes in the years to come.
