Direct the inventory policies for a $1.5MM organization. Responsible for Demand Planning activities through Deployment of finished goods in an environment north of 25 inventory turns and growing its sku base 20% per year. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Logistics and Field Sales from the Revenue Management cylce through the Suppy Chain operation.Key Responsiblities include:Customer Service-In stock PositionForecast AccuracyWorking Capital ManagementRough Cut Capacity Scheduling and Detailed Scheduling of Manufacturing sitesSupply Network Planning, Sourcing, and DeploymentLaunching and Sunsetting of new skus. Managed multiple Supply Chain Projects to improve operation efficiencies of Warehousing Operations.Business Lead for the CCBCC's Value Chain Initiative to overhaul Supply Chain Design. Lead the Supply Module implementation of the Manugistics Software from design through implementation across 60+ Warehouses and 5 Manufacturing Sites.

Responsible for Shipping 200 outbound trailer loads per day. Managed the put away operation for Production. Inventory Reconciliation in a large warehouse. Employee management as well as facility care
