I negotiate a broad range of agreements relating to trademarks, copyrights, software, licenses, alliances and transfers, and a host of others involving electronic commerce and the development, commercialization and exploitation of intellectual property rights and assets. I also handle transactions involving emerging multimedia issues, including Internet strategy development and implementation, and the creation of affiliation and strategic alliance agreements and cross-promotion arrangements.My experience includes representing clients in high-stakes litigation, for both commercial and intellectual property, in federal courts and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
