Brett provides regular briefings on federal issues and strategy to clients, corporate leadership, members of Congress, executives in the federal branch, and regularly speaks on panels to share his knowledge on D.C. developments. Brett received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and graduated cum laude from American University-Washington College of Law. He is a member of the Maryland and D.C. bars. Before joining the SDA team, Brett worked for the American Road & Transportation Builder’s Association (ARTBA) and clerked in both the legislative and executive branches of the federal government.
