I sorted live/dead oysters, corrected biofouling on mollusc and equipment, cleaned/sanitized silos and holding tanks, and cleared items from the bleach baths.Laboratory duties included measuring veliger larva sizes and assessing the density of trochophore larva by using a hemocytometer, assessing the axenic algal cultures for contaminants, and recording data on larval growth. Field-work activities included deploying and gathering the floating cages which contained the stock population in the grow-out phase from the estuary farm.

I led educational programs which consisted of feeding narrations, animal encounters, and behind the scene tours which focused on increasing the audience's knowledge of specific animal groups and human impact on aquatic environments.Trained and managed volunteers on different interactive stations and oversaw station transfer.Collaborated with the diving team and the aquaculture team to ensure that the organisms in the displays were healthy and were properly enclosed at the end of the day.
