I was hired as a part of Roseline Coffee’s flagship retail store. I collaborated on creating the preparation processes and SOP for the cafe. I helped to create a unique and positive atmosphere in a new space. I took part in regular training exercises to increase my knowledge of coffee and various aspects of the industry. I helped prepare drinks and food recipes quickly and accurately while maintaining excellent customer service. Towards the end of my tenure, I acted as a quality control liaison between the roastery and cafe.
