As Head of FInance, some of my responsibilities include: - managing our growing finance team; - liaising with all areas of the business to develop realistic 3-way bottom-up KPI-driven budgets and quarterly forecasts; - ensuring our monthly and annual financial results are produced efficiently and accurately; - monitoring cash flow to ensure we have access to adequate funds to support our forecast growth; - working in conjunction with the CFO on all aspects of capital management, including capital raising, investor presentations/reporting, etc; - liaising and negotiating with banks and suppliers to ensure Nimble receives the best possible financial outcomes; - managing the annual audit process; - ensuring we comply with all relevant tax and financial reporting obligations.
