- Lead a cross functional team of Big Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Product Owners to build, maintain, and improve on machine learning models that help protect the multi billion dollar daily hedge pipeline from interest rate risk.- Regularly meet with business stakeholders to review model performance, provide updates and timelines on current projects, discuss upcoming work and priority, and future long-term vision.- Act as a Scrum Master for the team by running all SAFe ceremonies - daily stand up to check progress on work items, remove roadblocks and make sure timelines are being met; bi-weekly retrospectives to discuss what is working and what is not; planning sessions to scope out work to fit them into features, stories, and tasks.- Responsible for all interviews and hiring decisions for present team.- Write and deliver quarterly performance reviews, including bi-weekly one on one sessions with all team members to discuss performance, areas of opportunity, and expectations of the role. Work with team members to create and monitor individual OKRs to help them grow and develop in their careers. - Regularly work with platform, infrastructure, and information security teams to discuss access and permission issues, and discuss best practices for design and architecture decisions.
