Inspected Homes on the buyers behalf prior to closing of the property. As the buyers advocate, was responsible for identifying all safety and deficiencies related to the home. Produced a very detail report within a 24hr turn around outlining the inspection and making them aware aware of all areas identified.Recommendation were part of the process along with educating the buyers during the inspection.

Owner operator of a high end cooking Oil & Vinegar shop location on the Country Club plaza that specialized in Liquors, Wine, and Whiskey's. The customer service experience was one to one dialog with the customer educating them on how to use the products once they return how with them. The store concept was a tasting store which allowed the customer try the product prior to purchase to truly experience the flavors.Was able to host events onsite while partnering with business owners to co-branding/marketing each other offerings and build customers base.

Worked with 3rd party Application developers to enhance revenue within their applications. This was accomplished by inserting non intrusive advertising within the application. Goal was to insert the ads without impacting the end users experience while generating revenue.

New product launches, cell phone handset deployment, and care center operations. Was part of a new division that Sprint started to help support the corporation revenue objectives related to handset partnerships (Pinsight Media).
