· Manage High End Residential Projects in Westchester, Greenwich , Long Island, New Jersey and NYC.· Supervision of installers and sub contractors responsible for Wiring, Installation and Diagnostic of system.· Review work performed by installers at jobsites daily and help increase productivity.· Resolve technical issues and diagnose problems with systems.· Ensure all equipment and labor is properly billed and all monies are collected.· Maintain contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with work performed.· Work with Engineering and CAD Department to produce drawings and schematics for field personnel.· Training of installers on proper wiring and connections, troubleshooting of equipment, use of software for setting up equipment, company procedures.· Training and supervision of Junior Project Managers to ensure that expectations and responsibilities are achieved.

· Manage Custom Installation department for 2 Harvey locations (Greenwich and Mt. Kisco) and Bang & Olufsen of Greenwich.· Supervision of 8 installers and 1 assistant project manager performing an average of 6 installations per week.· Review work performed by installers at jobsites daily and help increase productivity.· Resolve technical issues and diagnose problems with systems.· Ensure all equipment and labor is properly billed and all monies are collected.· Maintain contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with work performed.· Review and approve proposals for custom installation provided by salespeople.

· Develop and manage Home Automation, Multi-room audio and Home Theater business.· Design, estimate, propose, and sell contracts for installations and service of systems.· Purchase equipment, installation materials, and wire from vendors.· Manage and ensure quality of field service personnel and electricians (in-house and subcontractors).· Train installation techs, and service personnel on installation, operation, service and programming of systems.· Work with client to exceed their expectations on quality, installation, and usability of systems.· Installed, developed, maintained and supported Windows NT computer network of 25 workstations.· Developed corporate web site and Internet presence.· Responsible for implementing wireless communications network for field technicians (Wireless iPAQ and Nextel)

· Provided technical support for over 300 building automation clients.· Managed and supervised field personnel.· Troubleshoot and diagnosed problematic automation systems.· Estimated and proposed new installations.· Ordered materials necessary for installation.
