As the Chief Operating Officer at Alliance HP, I oversee the acquisition, financing, redevelopment, and management of industrial, office, and mixed-use properties in the Eastern/Central United States.Since joining Alliance HP in 2009, I have helped build the company from a start-up to a $2 billion portfolio encompassing 15 million square feet. I have successfully closed over 50 loans with more than $1B total proceeds from various sources, and acquired properties with purchase prices ranging from $1 million to $101 million. I have also specialized in complex transactions involving adaptive reuse, loan purchases, tax incentives, and environmental remediation.
