As a dedicated cultivator for over 10 years, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise in commercial cannabis production to the industry. Since 2017, I have focused on greenhouse production as one of the founding partners of Monterey Botanicals and Monterey Kush Co. With a track record of high-quality flower, I have effectively managed up to 500,000 square feet of cultivation space. Most recently, my flower was awarded 6th and 9th place in the mixed light category of the 2022 Emerald Cup. My strategic approach focuses on efficiency and precise execution of cultivation strategies to achieve reproduceable results. My leadership extends beyond cultivation, encompassing vendor and account management, inventory control, and the development of standard operating procedures.
