As the Senior Director of Sales - North West at Tundra Technical Solutions, I lead a team of sales professionals who provide tailored recruitment services to clients across various industries. Tundra is one of North America's largest and most recognized recruitment companies, operating teams from coast to coast in both Canada and the United States.I have over 12 years of experience in professional sports, playing lacrosse for multiple teams in the National Lacrosse League. I am currently a member of the New York Riptide, and I have previously played for the Calgary Roughnecks, the San Diego Seals, and the Philadelphia Wings. I have developed communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills that I apply to my sales role. I also studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the University of Windsor.I am passionate about building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering value and benefit to their organizations. I have a proven track record of generating new business, managing strategic accounts, and launching new solutions, such as the Statement of Work and Managed Services line of business that I was brought in to stand up at Tundra.
