In my role as Executive Manager for infrastructure and property advisory company APP, I am responsible for leading our Asset and Portfolio Solutions . This includes strategic planning and development, identification of potential new markets and opportunities to expand our capabilities and apply our skillsets in creative new ways to deliver ever more valuable services for clients. Today much of my work centres on strategic planning and bespoke solutions – helping clients to overcome geographical, operational, financial and regulatory challenges and successfully implement major programs of work. I am known for lateral thinking, deep understanding of business drivers and ability to develop individually tailored solutions that respond to all key factors and stakeholder needs. Over the past 24 years I have worked on an extensive range of projects across all sectors, including several years managing APP projects in the USA and Canada. As well as a comprehensive, bottom‐up understanding of the APP business, I have comprehensive expertise in project strategy, design and delivery, operational and financial management and service delivery. All the programs we work on in Australia are situated on Traditional Land.
