Responsible for all manufacturing engineering and facility management. Leads engineering staff, facility management, maintenance crew, and tool and die crew to support the manufacturing operation with equipment acquisition, installation, efficiency gains, safety and quality improvements. Manages work priorities and oversees expense and capital budget expenditures to support operational goals.

Responsible for all production, safety and quality of over 120 employees in multiple production departments including metal part and tube fabrication, machining, evaporator and condenser coil fabrication, assembly and welding; coordinated supervision and management of manpower and production in critical areas of the facility. Professional development of supervisors while maintaining high level of quality and a safe working environment.

Brett has helped lead the company in manufacturing reliability and TPM best practices at Evapco, Inc. in Greenup, IL. Greenup is the location of the largest manufacturing facility of Industrial Refrigeration and Evaporative Cooling equipment in the world. Responsible for facility and grounds management as well as the reliability of production equipment, Brett leads the maintenance department and storeroom with excellence on a path of continuous improvement.

Successfully leading multiple large and small scale civil engineering and construction crews with outstanding project management, Brett gained valuable skills early on in his career across many engineering disciplines, including mechanical/HVAC design, facility management, civil engineering design, and road and facility construction. Deployed into hostile war-zones on several occassions proved his mettle in being able to lead with discipline and integrity in the harshest of environments while accomplishing the mission.
