Through more than 10 years in Specialty Coffee, my penchant for continuous improvement has led to a deep interest in the products and processes that shape the industry. I launched Canada's 1st Nitro Cold Brew cans and in the last 5 years have had the opportunity to continue to work alongside talented team members towards the launch of new products. My belief is that the most compelling results arise from a diverse set of perspectives, and that these are best gained through a culture of openness and a willingness to listen first. My focus is to lead all new developments with accountability and a positivity that overcomes any inherent uncertainty on the path to valuable and compelling contributions.
