For well over a decade I have worked within the Mining Industry, always with the mindset of how I can help improve it. Many of the improvements I have made have been related to training people effectively and this has often led to developing training packages and coaching other trainers.Several initiatives have successfully improved safe working practices, made processes more efficient and reduced the overall cost of running the business.I am highly process driven, brought about from my previous career in manufacturing and this not only ensures successful standardised process improvement, but also always remains in accordance with learning principles, site policies and applicable legislation.
