-City Relations-Attend regulatory meetings of all municipalities that construction occurred within. Work hand in hand with the city to ensure that construction would not be delayed and fulfill all city requirements. Managed the permitting restrictions within each municipality and was responsible for ensuring the crews were following all city requirements and maintained all city documentation. Worked hand in hand with AEG to plan when permits needed to be applied, renewed, and closed.-Scheduling/Planning-Identify potential roadblocks that could disrupt the Ervin Cable team from meeting the construction deadline and creating possible solutions to resolve them safely and efficiently.Managed up to 140 crews to complete projects within a deadline.Created new processes in how FTTH projects are operated, tracked, and completed.-Construction-Responsible for assigning and issuing work to up to 140 crews in order to complete the construction milestones on time. Help find solutions on day to day problems that required experience in the telecommunications construction industry. -Customer Relations-Attended weekly meetings with the customers to insure that the construction team was going above and beyond on all of the standards of quality and safety in order to achieve the highest product possible. Was responsible for presenting the week by week progress of the projects to the customers.-GIS-Operated basic GIS functions within a web based GIS software that included navigating and measuring objects within the design, creating construction prints displaying specific information, and simple queries of data to assist in scheduling and crew efficiency.-Primavera P6 Professional Project Management-Assisted in creating and maintaining extensive schedules using the Primavera software.
