Identifying real estate investment and development opportunities across Eastern New England.Managing Riverside's existing real estate portfolio with a focus on identifying opportunities to enhance value.

Advised on the utilization of solar energy for real estate owners for their properties. Advised property owners through a process to secure rooftop leases for assets in New Jersey and Massachusetts. In total, successfully leased more than 20 rooftops resulting in a total of 8MW of installed solar production capacity.

PREI's Global Sustainability Committee (GSC) oversees efforts surrounding environmental preservation and energy efficiency across all investment portfolios. The GSC's focuses on constantly assessing and improving the environmental performance of all investments under management through cost effective solutions. Direct responsibilities include the identification of risks and opportunities surrounding environmental performance, overseeing implementation of solutions, and reporting of ongoing performance for all global regions.

Assisted in the management of PRISA II's residential and mixed-use assets consisting of operating properties, sites under development, and land holdings. In total, responsible for oversight of approximately 75 assets with a gross market value of approximately $3.0B.Worked with regional real estate development partners through the land entitlement, site development, and real estate development for each invesment on behalf of PRISA II. Responsibilities included:Development Properties (approximately 50):- Assisted in the development of "deal books"​ to present to PREI's Investment Committee- Reviewed monthly and quarterly updates from regional operating partners for their respective development projects- Reviewed project expenditures to confirm funds were being spent prudently for each project- Oversaw 3rd engineering consultants to ensure quality controls for construction were being followed- Reviewed and approved changes to the construction/development plan- Visited development projects to inspect progress and reconfirm local market conditionsOperating Properties (approximately 25):- Worked with property management to develop annual property budgets. Compared quarterly performance against budget for presentation to fund management- Worked with PRISA II fund management to assess sale and/or refinancing prospects

Working with the division executive team to analyze land purchase opportunities in Northern Pennsylvania for future subdivision and housing development.Assisted in the development of the 2007-2012 Operational Strategic Plan (OSP) for the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos.
