I graduated college the spring of 2016 with a bachelors degree in criminal justice. After moving back to my hometown I had obtained a job working at a car dealership as a service advisor. I had no prior experience working customer service or any experience with the car business. I overcame those difficulties and became quite successful at that job. I love to learn and consider myself very teachable and trainable. If given a chance in a field that I have little to know experience in I feel like I can overcome, adapt and learn. I am also very knowledgeable of Microsoft word, Excel, and Powerpoint as well as their google counterparts. The big skill I learned as a service advisor was communication both with customers and with co workers. I feel that is missing from my generation however I feel that I have learned to excel at that.
