I am mission and customer focused aviator with 20 plus years of flight experience, and over a decade of special operations experience. I've served as a pilot, supervisor, manager, instructor, evaluator, advisor to management on training, tactics, decision-making, personnel planning and organizational skills. I have been successful across my career as an aviator and leader on elite teams because I am willing to work - I put in the effort and take the initiative to learn, I am highly relatable - I can find a way to get along with anyone, and I am adaptable - I've learned how to master numerous different airframes to become an instructor who's taught and trained elite pilots.I am passionate about teaching and mentoring others. I am looking for a new challenge to create the light bulb moment for both individuals and organizations. I am constantly striving to improve my craft, learn new skills, and pass on experienced backed knowledge.
