A mix of presentations, webinars, welcome gifts, training materials, 1:1 support, roundtables with our SVP and more. The CSAT score of this program has consistently stayed above 4.5/5. I personally onboarded over 1300 people. Added Enboarder software last year.Crucial Conversations Program Creation and Execution (how to have difficult conversations):In 2020, I facilitated live, multi-hour, virtual classes to 480 employees (32 teams). I coordinated and executed this program independently.Dare to Lead Training:I became an accredited facilitator of Brené Brown's Daring Teams Rollout Program based on her book: Dare to Lead. I am facilitating a deep dive into this body of work for developing more vulnerable, inclusive, courageous and effective leaders.Employee Listening and Engagement:At the request of our SVP, we created a program for our employees to engage in small groups with him monthly. I program managed and facilitated these sessions with our executive. Feedback and appreciation for these opportunities was nearly 5.0/5.0. Stretch Assignment Team Building Initiative:I partnered with our People and Communities (HR) and became a trained facilitator for a program called "Virtual Health Checks". I facilitated these human-centric check-ins for teams across Cisco.Philanthropic and Organizational Change Work:Founder of "Sober Curious at Cisco" where we are helping Cisco become a Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW). Champion for Shatterproof.org and Humanitarian Open Street Maps Team.

Community Manager for the customer-facing, Cisco Career Certifications website - The Cisco Learning Network with more than 1 million subscribers. Helped grow the platform by hundreds of thousands over this tenure.Hands-on content creator and producer of hundreds of hours of educational videos and live/recorded webinars. Wrote monthly blogs and conducted podcast interviews with influencers in the Cisco Certifications space. Participated in sustained social media marketing on all of the standard channels including in-front of and behind the camera "man on the street" video interviews at multiple Cisco Live events. Built and maintained the Cisco VIP program which highlighted exceptional community contributors and rewarded them with all-access Cisco Live passes each year. Built and implemented Gamification program for the site. Won the Smart Zone Award for Innovation for micro-learning initiative in 2016.Our team touched the lives of thousands of people by participating in and moderating a constant flow of discussions on this very active platform.
