In this role, I spent most time supporting field operations in the Permian basin and South Texas operations. An additional job duty I took on was managing a fleet of fixed assets for all North American wireline operations and included capital expenditures through managing the list of current fixed assets and their locations. My goal was to get the company set up with RFID tracking for the purpose of asset location management as well as utilization. This never occurred due to the sale of our company. Lastly, the majority of my job included being an addition to our H.S.E. team. My job duties for this included maintaining H.S.E. compliance as well as training in the Permian basin and South Texas locations. I became certified to train our employees in H2S, Telehandler Operations, Man-Lift Operations, Smith System of Defensive Driving, Explosives (RP-67 Compliance), and Radiation. I was also the site RSO for the state of Texas during this time.

In this role, I was an operations manager for, at most, 8 wireline locations from North Louisianna to South Texas and in between. I was overseeing the day-to-day operations at these districts. My tasks included assisting managers with everything from managing a P&L and finding new ways to cut costs, learning and understanding their daily district operations, staffing of crews, and managing the logistics nightmare that exist between DOT regulations and the Oil & Gas industry. A conversation of the organizational changes brought on by corporate management that occurred can be had upon request.

From July 2015 thru May 2018:Spent nearly 3 years as District Manager of our Hays/Colby locations. Through a long and hard fought market downturn I helped keep our two locations in western Kansas a float. Keeping the right people in the right places and a watchful eye on spending expenses and we retained market share and continue to push on today.
