In this role, I spent most time supporting field operations in the Permian basin and South Texas operations. An additional job duty I took on was managing a fleet of fixed assets for all North American wireline operations and included capital expenditures through managing the list of current fixed assets and their locations. My goal was to get the company.

In this role, I was an operations manager for, at most, 8 wireline locations from North Louisianna to South Texas and in between. I was overseeing the day-to-day operations at these districts. My tasks included assisting managers with everything from managing a P&L and finding new ways to cut costs, learning and understanding their daily district.

Through a long and hard fought market downturn I helped keep our two locations in western Kansas a float. Keeping the right people in the right places and a watchful eye on spending expenses and we retained market share and continue to push on today.
