I am responsible for the recruitment of international students for Cape Breton University (CBU). We work to set and achieve targets that will grow and diversify CBU's international student population in Nova Scotia and to develop international partnerships with universities around the world. As an experienced international recruitment consultant, manager and associate director, I have strong work experience at setting ambitious recruitment targets within the European, Middle East and Asia regions for the educational sector. I have experience working with Middle Eastern, European, British and North American educational institutions and governing bodies and coordinating with their accreditation bodies.My current responsibilities require setting and achieving recruitment targets in new and existing markets, strong presentation and communicative skills to provide directed workshops, panel discussions and event management for business development and international student recruitment.
