As a Senior Manager in our Transfer Pricing practice, I focus on serving clients in a wide range of industries. My experience includes transfer pricing planning and risk assessment, global value chain analysis, dispute resolution, including advance pricing arrangements and mutual agreement procedures, and various global transfer pricing compliance projects for clients including country-by-country reporting. Through these projects I have experience with a wide range of transfer pricing transactions and related planning, including intangible property licensing, asset leasing, financial transactions, tangible goods pricing and a variety of intra-group service transactions.
