Working Paper: "The Determinants of Organizational Turnover among Wisconsin Registered Nurses"- Data Source: Wisconsin Registered Nurses Survey (WSRN)- Statistical Software utilized: SAS, R, Tableau.

During the 2022-2023 school year, I collaborated with a small group of peers on a project called “The Determinants of Income Inequality in Rural Wisconsin & Policy Implications.” The team presented findings at the Wisconsin Economics Association in October, and the National Conference for Undergraduate Research in April. The project was funded by a research grant from the Tommy Thompson Fund for Undergraduate Public Leadership.Throughout the 2023-2024 calendar year, I completed a research project titled "Employment and Subjective Well-being across the United States, Europe, and Asia." Funding was provided by a grant from the Dr. Thomas Kemp & Dr. Eric Jamelske Economics research scholarship.

Worked as a stocker and sales associate during the summer and winter breaks of college.

I worked for Rep. Shelia Stubbs of the 77th district to fulfill my service-learning requirement for UWEC. Conducted policy research on matters concerning with the 2023 biennial budget; performed constituent correspondence and outreach; & attended legislative sessions and caucus meetings.
