Hi I'm Brett. I graduated high school in 2017, and recently returned from serving a full time proselyting mission for the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints. I am a student at UVU, and I am working towards a degree in Aviation. I am hard working, and always on time to my job. I can learn new things quickly, memorize, talk to people, do manual labor, technical work, computers, ect.Right now I am thinking of a full time Job, and I am absolutely willing to be trained. Even if it's an internship or temporary position I may be interested. I really would like to gain some experience working at some great places.Things I am good at:• Woodworking. The thanks goes to my three years of experience in the Springville high school woodshop, and the great teachers there. My experience making drawer boxes at Barlow's wood classics helped me to build on what I knew, and improve myself even more in this regard.• Customer service. Given the proper training, I am certain that I can satisfy the customer and help them to the best of my abilities in the specific job required. The job I had throughout high school was at a grocery store. It was there that I learned to talk with people, and help them with what they needed. I also learned to work in a fast and stressful environment and as part of a team. Smiling, and being genuinely kind to people can go a long way as it makes for a positive interaction.• Following instructions & figuring out problems. In all of my jobs I have been required to follow instructions. These instructions always resulted in a better product, and helped to serve the customer and company best. When Something was not on par with the instructions I would go back, and fix that thing. For example if I had built a drawer slightly off in measurement, and did not realize it until later, I would go back tear apart the drawer and fix the measurements. I have also done my best to figure out problems on my own when working alone, and I seek help when I cannot seem to figure something out.
