As a helicopter pilot at Intermountain Health, I provide safe and efficient air ambulance services to patients in need of critical care. I have over nine years of experience in the helicopter air ambulance industry, and I hold commercial, instrument, and flight instructor ratings for various helicopter models, including the A109SP, EC 135P2+, EC135P3, AS350 B3e, AS350 B2, EC130 B4, Bell 429, Bell 407, Bell 206 L4, and MD500E. I also have proficiency in single-pilot instrument flight rules (SPIFR) emergency medical services (EMS), night vision goggles (NVG), and Garmin & Genesys avionics.In addition to my role as a helicopter pilot, I am also the president of the National EMS Pilots Association (NEMSPA), a volunteer board member promoting safety in the helicopter air ambulance industry. I am passionate about advancing the standards and best practices of the profession, and I collaborate with other stakeholders to advocate for the interests and well-being of Air medical pilots. I also manage and own a fourth-generation family ranch, where I apply my business management and French skills to operate and preserve a historic and sustainable business.
