By way of some background, I have previously worked as an adjuster and manager for various insurers and have over 20 years of experience handling the facilitation of personal injury files. I previously worked for a company using my adjusting skills developed over the years to manage claims investigations for personal injury matters and have since started my own company.We found there was a niche in the market where the investigations were being completed by retired police officers or private investigators who often do not have a thorough understanding of the nuances of insurance.
