About Brett Ritchie

As the founder of Brett Ritchie, I am passionate about helping people overcome their mental health challenges and live a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. I draw on my own experience of suffering from PTSD, depression, and suicidal thoughts as a result of my 16-year career as a senior constable in the Victoria Police.I also leverage my extensive knowledge and skills in work health and safety, emergency management, training delivery, and organisational development, gained from over two decades of working as an executive director, consultant, and advisor in various industries, including construction, transportation, and rail. I offer mentoring, education, and training services to individuals and companies, ensuring legislative compliance and fostering a positive safety culture.
