The purpose of the Future Squad is to help us shape innovative solutions that address the real challenges faced in education today and successfully navigate the changing landscape of the industry.

aiEDU, in partnership with Ohio Educational Service Centers (OESCA), is focused on the creation of a network of AI educators across the state to equip students for an AI-driven future and elevate Ohio to the forefront of K-12 AI education nationally.

The NationSwell Council is a diverse membership community of the nation’s top leaders in business, social enterprise, nonprofit, activism, policymaking, and beyond, committed to accelerating social impact at scale.

- Accelerated the graduation rate from 48% in 2017 to 80% in 2019, 82% in 2020, and 87% in 2021, one of the highest graduation rates in District 8 and in the 50 year history of the Stevenson Campus. An increase of 39% graduation rate over four years ranks as one of the highest amongst hundreds of New York City Department of Education high schools.- Directly supervised over 50 employees and operated a fiscal budget in excess of five million dollars.- Per the 2019-2020 NYC School Survey Results, 100% of teachers say that the principal communicates a clear vision for their school, 100% of teachers say that they feel respected by the principal, 100% of teachers say that the principal and assistant principals function as a cohesive unit. - Transformed school culture and curriculum, annually serving approximately 375 students, to focus on college and career readiness, including increasing Advanced Placement course offerings from zero to seven.- Fostered growth-mindset instructional philosophy to increase rigor through non-evaluative coaching model.- Facilitated year-long professional development curriculum on Implicit Bias & Equity, Anti-Racism, and Courageous Conversations to create a community Equity Team comprised of students, staff and families.- Facilitated data-driven Instructional Leadership meetings to analyze interim assessments and create re-teaching plans.- Increased College & Career Readiness rate, per NYC DOE, from 0% in 2016 to 45% of graduates in 2020.- Initiated a model College Access For All program, showcased to all NYC DOE high schools, which at Bronx Compass has resulted in full scholarships from the University of Southern California, Smith College, Fordham University and DePauw University, and totaled $896,510 in financial aid for 2019 graduates.

- Inaugural 12th grade team leader monitoring progress toward graduation, 89.4% in 2014 and 92.4% in 2015. - Presented Building an Advanced Placement Culture for All Students to all Queens principals at the Superintendent Principals’ Conference in 2016.- Created a research-based government curriculum for 12th grade students to develop an independent research paper and present their findings to their peers and educators. - Recruited teachers and developed the curriculum for a free SAT prep program for nearly 100 juniors, leading to college ready scores of 480 or higher in Writing (54.5%) and Math (46.6%). - Director of College NOW! Queens College partnership; 200 students earned college credits in 2015-2016.

- Designed the College 101 curriculum for 11th graders, including topics on financial aid, SAT preparation, selecting a best fit college, and writing a personal essay. - Instituted annual college trip, and Spring college fair attended by two hundred students and their families.

- Established and facilitated College Going Culture (CGC) initiative, and led professional development around raising college awareness and meeting student and family needs. - 100 percent of class of 2010 and 2011 graduates applied to and were accepted to a post-secondary institution.

- Supervised college students during weekly hub meetings, via email and via phone to support high school graduates transitioning to college.- Planned weekly hub meetings based on needs of college coaches in collaboration with college advocate. - Reviewed log progress of Hub IV college coaches on a regular basis and provided feedback. - Provided specific feedback regarding individual student situations, particularly regarding financial aid, immigration status and housing plans. - Supported college coaches by providing clear expectations for personal and professional development, and gave detailed evaluations for each coach at the conclusion of the program.
