About Brett Roy

Beginning my career in the fire protection and security industry in early 2008, I found that the constant change within the industry was a good fit for me. I began with very little knowledge of the industry and found myself trying to absorb as much information as possible.Since the start of my career I have gained experience in dealing with multiple different fire alarm, fire suppression, and security manufacturers. Installing, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining many different brands of panels is an enjoyable challenge that has made me a better technician overall. I enjoy learning about new products that are introduced to the market and the new technology incorporated in them as well as the older generations of panels and equipment.Customers over the years have played a huge influence on me professionally. I have found it important to develop a good professional AND personal relationship with every customer I deal with. It is my personal goal to be a good spokesperson for the company I work for and to leave a great lasting impression on every customer I deal with. It is my opinion that every encounter with a customer can lead to a enjoyable working relationship for years to come. I thoroughly enjoy the industry and all it has to offer. I welcome the challenges I face on a daily basis and receive sense of accomplishment in finding solutions to problems and getting a customers system back up and running when something isn’t working correctly.
