- Performed and managed numerous facets of sales and operations across multiple industry verticals including financial services, medical software, construction and staffing.- Personally developed the revenue-generation “Agent Referral Model”. This business model was counterculture to the standard industry model but delivered an ROI that was 1200% higher.- Vetted and compiled a group of professionals with a broad spectrum of skill sets to act as same-day responders so that client’s needs were fully satisfied in record time.

- Wrote the business plan and partnered with investors to launch Halo Financial Services from inception.- Recognized approximately $21 Million in revenue.- Produced 85% of parent Company’s revenues and 90% of parent Company’s cash flows for the majority of this five-year period. These funds facilitated the parent Company’s IPO in November 2009.- Enrolled 5,000+ clients ($150 Million of client debt under management) while managing this 42-person staff.- Managed annual marketing budget of up to $1.25 Million; negotiated vendor contract terms / pricing.- Directly accountable to CEO, CFO and Controller on financial reporting issues (P&L and Cash Flows).- Personally-handled all hiring, terminations, promotions and compensation plan changes.- Executed the restructuring of the Company to comply with new 2010 Federal Trade Commission laws. - Managed a staff of approximately 42 full-time employees including 7 department managers overseeing Sales, Negotiations, Contracts, and Client Services.

- Managed sales team including 23 Debt Counselors.- Remained 100% accountable for all performance-related numbers (both Sales and Operations).- Grew Sales Revenue from $150,000 per month to $13 Million per year.

- Started this I.T. placement firm using personally secured financing (SBA Loan).- Personally-broke several major Dallas-based accounts (CompUSA, Fujitsu Networks, PageNet, ClubCorp) and Houston-based accounts (MD Andersen Hospital, Compaq, Duke Energy, Schlumberger)- Developed the material for and ran all training classes for incoming Account Managers and Recruiters.

- Responsible for business development throughout the Central Region (21 offices in 13 states).- Developed and managed approximately 74 salespeople and 125 recruiters.- Successfully launched 1 new profit center per week. This included sectioning off a profitable sales territory and promoting the best candidate from Recruiting to Sales.

- Managed entire operation in Addison, TX office and Irving, TX office (approx. 65 people per office).- Generated approximately $7 Million in annual Revenue at each location.- Interviewed 300+ candidates for sales / recruiting positions (hired 81, promoted 33).
