Develop, coordinate, and conduct training for the manufacturing department, including new employee training, training in skilled positions, annual training and refresher training.Monitor effectiveness and tracks trainee attendance and successful completion of trainings.Ensure documentation is completed accurately and recorded properly for compliance.Work with manufacturing management to determine areas in need of redesigned or more advanced training.

Perform maintenance and equipment setup for all packaging equipment in area.Operate all packaging and related equipment, monitor and maintain appropriate settings in accordance with SOP’s and SOC’s to ensure efficient and accurate runs while ensuring product purity.Troubleshoot and repair all packaging equipment in area.

Set up and operating packaging and related equipment.Complete paperwork throughout shift for quality control and compliance.

Monitor product for purity at various steps of the manufacturing process.

Ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate inventory of goods on sales floor and service area.Manage staffing of the sales and service writing area.
