Key Achievements Increased Asset Management Team headcount by 300% through the leadership of a transformation project. Facilitated the transition from qualitative to quantitative maintenance strategies by introducing a Structured/Systematic Maintenance management process which included:performance linked metrics for teamrapid and clear escalationsrobust maintenance planning cadence adoption of Enterprise Asset Management Software Led the site to 85% OEE for Keg and Bottle Production by spearheaded predictive / monitoring based maintenance activities including vibration monitoring, oil sampling and vibration monitoring. Facilitated the site reduction of parts stock holding and more effectively targeted R&M spend by overseeing the rollout of SAP Hana ERP and EAM through the Engineering team. Led a multidisciplinary team of 10 to implement Environmental Management System (ISO14001 2015) Governance and Execution. Provided Engineering Leadership for Lean Manufacturing implementation (MEX) (TPM).

Key Achievements Led the site from two shift to three shift and an uplift of 100% in volume over a 3-year period. Implemented site machine guarding audit and ran a successful project to implement all recommendations from the audit report.
