I have more than 30 years of experience in Australia and England. For the past 20+ years I have specialized in the Seniors Living and Residential Aged Care area. I have a broad base of general experience in design and documentation, specification writing, plus particular knowledge and extensive experience in Contract Administration role, including seeking suitable builders to tender for a project, reviewing tenders and making recommendations to clients, preparing contract documents for signing and undertaking all aspects of Contract Administration for construction and completion of the contracted works.
