As a Lead Sales Associate, I provided comprehensive customer support, including pool water readings and chemical guidance. I assisted customers in finding parts and diagnosing equipment issues, managing warranties and orders when necessary. I handled inventory management, from accepting deliveries to restocking and organizing the store. Additionally, I maintained a friendly work environment and resolved customer and employee issues effectively.

Helped children ranging in age from 8-10 become proficient at Soccer. I taught and demonstrated proper techniques that helped the children develop their skills as a player, how to be a part of a team and the importance of following the rules. Additionally, I assisted more advanced players in development of their skills.

During this paid internship with Broward County Schools my duties ranged from repairing laptops cosmetically for the next school year to diagnosing and replacing faulty hard drives. I ran diagnostics to identify bad hard drives and replaced them, reimaging the device to prepare it for student use. If further issues persisted, I tested individual components like the RAM, screen, and motherboard. If a laptop had three or more internal issues, we salvaged usable parts, scrapped the rest, and completed paperwork to order a new laptop for the school.
