As the Children's Ministry Director at Shirley Hills Baptist Church, I am responsible for overseeing the spiritual growth and development of children from birth to fifth grade. I work with a team of dedicated volunteers and staff to create and implement engaging and relevant programs, events, and curriculum that align with the church's vision and mission.With more than six years of experience in education and management, I have developed strong skills in team building, cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and customer service. I have a passion for serving and teaching children, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Valdosta State University. My goal is to inspire and equip children to love God, love others, and live out their faith in the world.
