Report pre/post launch sales statistics to company leadership on all Samsung iconic device launches. • Led the efforts to develop and launch 7 Samsung iconic devices, 3 tablets, 3 mid-tier devices, and 2 wearables within 6-week lab cycles while incorporating the latest wireless technologies of 5G, 4x4 MIMO, and forward looking network feature enhancements.• Developed and launched Sprint’s first Android standalone wearable device with voice support, leading to a 10K increase in forecasted subscriber net adds and $150K in monthly revenue upside. • Resolved existing incoming call muting network issues from Verizon customers and provided a blueprint that reduced development time by eliminating IT and network roadblocks. • Discovered a severe customer impacting issue on the Samsung Galaxy S10+ one week before launch which would cause the device to lose network connectivity, eventually damaging the hardware beyond repair. Managed a quick response team consisting of experts from Samsung Product, Sprint Logistics, Engineering, Retail, to create a process for testing affected devices, and implementing a solution for return/exchange support that reduced customer exchange wait time by 50%. • Credited with leading cross-functional teams from Engineering and Product to develop and implement new processes. These include: a process for device SKU submission and management; reducing SKU submission errors by 30 percent; and consolidating all SKU forms and device capabilities into a central system for easy access, reducing 1500 hours of manual entry. • Recognized with a company award for the Massive MIMO Seattle Project which showcased the company’s MIMO capabilities and entailed updating software on 400 devices from 4 competing carriers.
